How to submit Sitemaps to Google Webmaster
To enter the Sitemap, the first thing to be sure is that we must visit and login on google webmaster site first. The official google webmaster site can be visited through the following URL Google Webmaster.
Here we input the site map for the blog, then the thing that needs to be done is to select (click) our own blog then go to menu map of site. To log in to the Sitemap, we can select the Crawl menu on the left side and then select the Sitemap.
To enter the Sitemap, we can select (click) the red button on the top right corner inscribed add a Sitemap Then enter and submit one by one the following sitemap code:
atom.xml
feeds / posts / default? alt = rss
feeds / posts / default? orderby = updated
rss.xml
sitemap.xml
In addition to these five codes, then we can also enter one of the following codes:
For Blogs with articles under 500 Articles
atom.xml? redirect = false & amp; start-index = 1 & amp; max-results = 500
For Blogs with articles between 501 to 1000 Articles
atom.xml? redirect = false & amp; start-index = 501 & max-results = 1000
For Blogs with articles between 1000 to 1500 Articles
atom.xml? redirect = false & amp; start-index = 1001 & max-results = 1500
If we have finished entering and submitting the site map in google webmaster, then the thing we need to do next is just wait. Because googlebot still takes a few hours or days until he finished indexing all the articles on the blog that we have.
By entering a site map, then we will make the articles in our blog more likely to be found and read by others. In addition to inserting a sitemap, some other things we can do to make the article faster in the index googlebot is to inform google webmaster every time we create an article.
